1. SIZING & CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS ✂️🐶
Q: How do custom measurements work?
A: Choose the pricing tier on the product page that corresponds to your dog’s actual chest girth (measured right behind the front legs). After placing your order, send us your dog's exact measurements (Chest Girth, Back Length, and Neck Size) via email at support@hushpetit.store.
Q: Should I add extra centimeters for comfort when measuring my dog?
A: No! Please provide your dog's exact, actual measurements without adding or subtracting centimeters. Our artisan knitters will expertly adjust the sweater dimensions to ensure a comfortable, snug fit that allows full freedom of movement.
Q: What if I need help measuring my pup?
A: We are happy to guide you! Feel free to reach out to us at support@hushpetit.store before placing your order, and our team will assist you step-by-step.
2. MATERIALS & CARE 🧶🧼
Q: What materials do you use for your sweaters and accessories?
A: All of our sweaters, snoods, and bandanas are made from 100% pure wool. Wool is naturally warm, breathable, ultra-soft, and gentle on your dog's skin and fur.
Q: How should I wash and care for Hushpetit wool products?
A:
• Machine wash gentle on a dedicated wool cycle (max 40°C) or hand wash gently.
• Wash separately and do not use fabric softeners.
• Do not tumble dry. Always lay flat to dry to preserve the natural shape and stretch.
3. ORDERS & SHIPPING 📦🚚
Q: Where are your products made?
A: Every item is 100% hand-knitted to order by skilled artisans in France.
Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: Standard items ship within 1–3 business days. Because custom-tailored knits are individually handcrafted to your dog's exact measurements, custom orders require 2–5 business days to make before dispatch.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship to Australia, European Union countries, the UK, and selected international destinations worldwide. Delivery times typically range between 2 to 7 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES 🔄
Q: Can I return or exchange a custom-tailored sweater?
A: Because custom items are hand-knitted specifically for your dog's unique measurements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrectly submitted measurements. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace or refund it immediately. Standard non-customized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
