1. ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME 🧶✨

• Standard Items: Processing takes 1–3 business days.
• Custom-Tailored Knits: Because each custom sweater is individually hand-knitted to your dog's exact measurements, custom orders require 2–5 business days to craft before dispatch.
• Order confirmation and tracking details will be sent to your email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES 🚚💨

We ship internationally with trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery windows after dispatch:

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days | Flat Rate: AUD $3.90 (FREE on orders over AUD $50.00)
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days | Flat Rate: AUD $9.90

EUROPEAN UNION & UK (EU)

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time.
